2024 Gathering - Accommodations
We are coordinating the Gathering with the CHEC (Christian Higher Education Canada) Symposium, which will run May 22-23, in the same two venues: Ambrose University in Calgary and Redeemer University in Hamilton. OCC Gathering delegates are able to take advantage of the same reasonable accommodation arrangements as the CHEC delegates by contacting either Ambrose or Redeemer directly. Please see below for information on the rooms, prices and how to make a booking.
Ambrose University (Calgary)
To book your room in the residence hall, please email Ambrose directly at
bookings@ambrose.edu and reference the “CHEC Symposium”.
Include the following information:
1. Arrival and departure dates.
2. Occupancy (single or double)
3. If double include the name of your roommate and their arrival and departure dates.
Residence rates are as follows:
Single Occupancy: $50/night
Double Occupancy: $80/night
Note: All rooms share a bathroom with one other room.

Notes:
Price is per unit. If you book a three-bedroom apartment, the price you will charged is as listed: $185 per night.
Shared apartments will reduce the price for everyone. For example: A two-bedroom room apartment is $155 per night for a single person or $77.50 if two people share the apartment.
If booking with another person, or as a group, please be sure to have the names ready at the time of booking, although, you may add someone else later prior to the start of the event.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM and check-in time is 4:00 PM.
